Merry Christmas!!

We had a great Christmas, except for the fact that Ethan got the flu, but for most of the day he was fine. We went to my parents house and opened presents and ate TONS of good food!

She really does make a cute Santa!
Ethan put all of the wrapping paper along with all the presents in a pile and then made a little bed for him to lay down on, yes he's a little crazy!
Look at that concentration. It took him FOREVER to rip the paper off, because he had to rip it into tiny little pieces.
This is his HUGE dump truck that he loves. He tried to ride it when we got home.

The ones that didn't make the cut...

We finally took our Christmas pictures. We had to take them 3 times because our camera takes really bad pictures, so we finally used another camera. Here's a few that just didn't quite make it.

We had to bribe Ethan so we squirted cool whip in his mouth, he LOVED it.
This is my favorite, look at that face!
Yes we are putting makeup on him.
Malia was bored with the whole picture taking thing.
We caught Ethan doing this last night. He usually will only jump if there is someone there to catch him, not anymore...
(sorry it's really dark, again)

Thanks, Aunt Emily, for teaching him how to play...

Not quite Beethoven, but really close...
Yes he is wearing Malia's hat.

Why do I bother. . .

cleaning his room...

This is his room everyday. He pulls EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE, and then sits in it and just moves stuff around. I guess boys will be boys!!!

Big Girl!

We had Malia's doctor appointment today and she weighs almost 10 lbs! She is quite a chunk but sooo cute. She started smiling and is getting better at sleeping, she's up to 4 hours at night!! YEAH!!! Today when we were leaving for the doctor Ethan was so worried that I was going to leave Malia behind, he went and grabbed her car seat and wanted to put her in it as soon as I said we were going bye bye, and he got her pacifier and her blanket for her, what a good big brother!
